Destination Wedding-Jamaica
Charlotte put together everything for our destination wedding. She answered every single question any of our guests or ourselves had the entire time and even while we were there. She provided tips, ideas and a lot of details about the resort, excursions and the country Jamaica itself. With her help and guidance, our wedding and honeymoon were both absolutely perfect!
 
Our wedding took place at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites and for our honeymoon we switched to the Grand resort (adults only). The resort was awesome! It was clean, welcoming and always had some sort of activity going on the entire day. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone! I cannot wait to go back already! 😍

We knew before we left for this trip it would be fun, but as it turned out it was so much more!! Charlotte did an amazing job organizing, planning, and making sure every detail was taken care of for entire group. The Hyatt Ziva resort in Cancun was top notch, and our entire group had a fantastic time!

Everything from the service, amenities, and food and drinks were great.

International Travel​
​I was initially skeptical to use a travel agent as I typically plan my own vacations. However soon after meeting Charlotte I realized that the service and professionalism she provided was outstanding! She made it very clear that it was important to her that we had a vacation that we would never forget. She planned our entire trip with very minimal guidance from me. The resort she suggested (which we picked) was everything that she said it would be...and so much more! She also assisted in setting us up with a VIP Lounge at the airport for arrival and departure. It was worth every penny! I definitely would recommend Charlotte to plan your next vacation!

Personally I’ve used a travel agent before (someone my dad chose) when traveling out of the country with a small group of 8 & it was a mess. The way you did everything & the promptness in your responses was very helpful! The most helpful part was meeting beforehand to get our paperwork & go over everything. 

We had a large group (over 70+ people in total) & as if that wasn’t difficult enough we were going out of the country to Jamaica for a destination wedding. Travels By Charlotte not only worked with each & every one of us but she did so with such incredible care, organization, kindness, and promptness.

I can 100% say that I will be using them for any and all of my future travel plans. Not only did Travels By Charlotte stay in constant communication with us by answering any questions & reminding us of important deadlines but they also had all of our important documents printed out, highlighted, organized, and in order for each person. Even included recommendations of where to eat, what to do, and tips/tricks on where we were going (like VIP Club Mobay - saved us hours & had a private lounge with an open bar in the airport).

​This all made traveling out of the country much easier and a lot less stressful. 11/10
