Intent To Book Fee
Thank you for choosing Travels By Charlotte to assist you in your vacation planning. To perform the professional services to plan and arrange your travel, an Intent to Book Fee is required. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Vacation planning involves extensive research. My work is based on years of personal experience and requests when planning your vacation experience. I research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and arrange for guides and drivers to finely craft your premium travel program. All vacations arranged through Travels By Charlotte offer peace of mind. I am an experienced professional in the business of planning individual and group travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation experience. We book 4 star and higher resorts, and International destinations as well as Hawaii.
Research and Consultation Deposit Required To Plan Vacation
  • $100 per adult-Ages 18 and over
  • $300 for groups of 5-9 people
  • $500 for groups of 10 or more people
The Intent To Book Fee will NOT be refunded and is separate from the actual trip deposit. Please note, if the trip is not booked within 15 days of the first quote, the original Intent To Book Fee will no longer be valid.  If Travels By Charlotte decides to continue after the 15 day mark, you would be charged for another Intent To Book Fee in order to continue.
